A brand is a name given to a company that allows the company to be recognise, whether they are famous or sells bad products. Brands can actually influence people, some people might only stick to a certain brand as they trust the brand and that the brand sells good quality items. If the brand is not a good one(horrible customer service, bad quality,etc.) people will not even think twice about buying that particular brand.
